Week 21:Macau Style Pork Chop Sandwich

I fully admit to phoning it in this week. It's my birthday and I'm wrapping up the school year. I could have done more with this theme, but this is where we're at.
Easy marinade, started at 9 am so about 8 hours worth. I substituted sake for Chinese cooking wine. Pretty simple recipe. Slathered in sriracha and served on Dave's killer white bread.
