Week 14: Local Produce- Chicken in White Wine Sauce

A little rough to feature local produce in Oregon in March/April so I had to get a bit creative. Since wine is a big feature here I chose a recipe featuring wine. I then had to stretch it a little bit more because when I went to Trader Joe's I couldn't find in Oregon white wine, but was able to find a wine from Washington. I also drank Willamette Valley Vineyards rosè while cooking, so I'm counting it!

This recipe was pretty straightforward and and just prepped everything out prior to starting. I was feeling productive during this spring break after resealing the shower all on my own 💪, so I was pretty optimistic that I would nail this. This recipe reminded me that I should pan fry chicken more often, as it's super easy and yummy.

This recipe turned out pretty good. My husband was a bigger fan than me (Bonus points that my husband likes anything with a sauce). I would probably make it again because it's pretty easy and the ingredients are something I usually always have on hand.
